Ask any Homeowner selling their property what service they want most out of their Realtor they will quickly say they want regular communication on activity and feedback. This has become a lost art of customer service and in most cases non-existent. I promise to contact you with pertinent information regarding showings, agent inquiries and feedback. MARKETING: In this market your property is in direct competition with every other property in the same price range as yours. When Buyers are searching either on the web or with their Realtor your property has an average of 2-3 seconds before they move on to the next property to make an impression that will launch the Buyer to view your property. Getting their attention is my job. I take an minimum of 100 pictures of your home or land and in most cases more. I use programs to "sweeten" photos so that they look exactly like they should - the colors are brilliant and the shot is appealing to the eye. The property simply POPS!
